“I met Rasheed when I joined my local gym, after having been AWOL from health clubs for over 15 years I decided to take up a fitness programme from Rasheed.
I began a routine of cardio and weights, rasheed would always make gym time interesting, constantly changing routines and incorporating unique variations into the exercises.
Rasheed also offered advice on nutrition, the importance of which I had not appreciated. I soon became hooked and was training three times a week. My body began to change shape.
