The fact is I know I am not alone, I know like me and if you belong to the female race, you would have been there at some point in your life!!! Low confidence, sliming pants, silly exercise gadgets, celeb work outs, patches, pills you name it!!! And that’s without mentioning the latest fad diets!!!
I have been there, once too many times and I have tried everything!!!!!! all without much luck either, I have put myself through the Cambridge diet (the hardest diet on the planet, no food allowed just shakes!!!!) I thought I could live like this forever (who did I think I was fooling), I don’t think anyone on the planet can sustain such a diet, trust me you don’t even want to start hearing about the massive weight gain you get, when you attempt to introduce some whole foods back in to your life!!! And how about the Atkins??? I guess it was all good losing a couple of pounds but after two weeks it feels like torture. Anyway who would want to be around a skinny cow with stinky breath??? Trust me not even the nicest boyfriend; I can vouch to that personally!!!!
Not to mention the herbal teas (absolute rubbish), the diet pills that don’t work or the latest slimming patches that make no difference other than leave you with patchy red marks!! Hmmm very attractive!!!! What can I say the list goes on and on…
